Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, dust bags, and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized shoes

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use

Exchanges

If you require a different size or style, we are happy to offer an exchange subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Ensure the item meets the return eligibility conditions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
